Akron City FC extends partnership with globally recognized fuel and convenience store and plans to offer discount fuel options for patrons attending the team’s home games in 2023

Akron, Ohio - Akron City Football Club (ACFC) announced it has extended its partnership with Circle K Stores to be the team’s preferred fuel and convenience store. Circle K was one of 19 ACFC Founding Partners from the inaugural 2022 season. Founding Partners will be remembered always for their belief in ACFC’s vision and for being a foundational piece in building an organization that will be a part of the Akron civic and sports landscape for generations to come.

Akron City FC is a member of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), the only league designated by the USASA as a Tier 1 national league. The team will kick off its second season this May with home games being played on the campus of St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. The schedule is expected to be released in early March. The team’s inaugural 2022 campaign proved to be a smash hit with the community as 19 companies joined as Founding Partners. The foundation of a passionate fan base was also created, which included more than doubling the NPSL’s average attendance figures.
